We will enjoy a short talk by Christina Aas, currently the Technology Director at SmallSAT systems at Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace, where she works to develop the next generation of small satellites to answer government and societal needs. As an aerospace engineer, Christina's professional journey is an impressive one and includes leadership positions, board roles, and CEO and entrepreneur among her accolades. She was named among the Top 35 under 35 in the space industry and in 2015 she was included among an exclusive list of top 100 leaders in Norway. She is passionate about communicating science to the next generation and the general public. We applaud women in STEM! She does all this while also balancing the demands of family life with her three children. In addition to Christina's talk, we will enjoy a social meeting and meal.
