Returning for yet another year, our Holiday Cookie Exchange! Get out your apron and your family recipe book, and bake a batch of your best holiday cookies to bring to the holiday meeting.
In addition to this annual tradition, Heidi Cecelia Baastad Christensen of The Bakerina, will join us as a guest speaker. This former ballet dancer with the Oslo Ballet now has her own vegan baking company, The Bakerina, specialising in vegan cookies. This inspiring, young entrepreneur will give a short talk about her journey from ballet dancer to baker.
And remember we are having our annual mini-Christmas market at the December meeting. Some of our AWC member vendors will have a selection of handmade items for sale. So if you didn’t make it to the Christmas market, or regret not buying something, this is a great chance to get some more gifts. 10% of the sales go to the AWC scholarship!
