The UN promotes sustainability through their 17 goals and with all the different green groups, organizations and events popping up, we decided to give it a go as well. Come join us for a swap meeting in March where we “recycle” items that will bring spark to other people’s lives. Quality is a key word – would you be comfortable giving the item to a good friend? Then you can bring it to the meeting.
Don’t bring more than you can carry with you on a bus. We have decided on three categories: home interior/decorative, games/children’s toys and wearables. Only bring clothes you can try on without a dressing room; scarves and bags are good items. Other items - board games is usually a winner!
Betsy will be serving us soup this evening, please make sure you tick off the food categories if you have any food issues. There will be a raffle and the library will be open, as usual.
