As we start the year and swear off those extra holiday calories, wine and late nights, it seems fit to learn a little about deprescribing, the process of tapering, stopping, discontinuing, or withdrawing drugs, with the goal of managing polypharmacy and improving outcomes. Professor Anne Gerd Granås, Department of Pharmacy, University of Oslo will join us and share her expertise in the area.
Of course, there will be some socializing, some comfort food, a raffle. And the library will be open, as usual.
