This month Ann Sung-an Lee will be joining us! Who is Ann you say?
Ann was born just outside Louisville, KY and lived in 8 different States. She went to Duke for her undergrad, and has a MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
She moved to Oslo about 10 years ago unofficially to work as a chef, and two years ago officially, to open her own company. The Core is a consulting/catering business that owns the restaurant Way Down South, and several concepts including Mission Taco, Jucy Lucy Burgers, and Tanpopo Ramen. Ann´s kitchens serve on average 800-1000 customers per week!
Being a female entrepreneur in Norway has been difficult, Ann would like to talk about some of the challenges she has faced. She would like to open the room up for questions and discussions, and would love to hear some of our members experiences and hopes to help those interested in opening their own company!
