The September meeting marks the start of a new year for the American Women’s Club. It is a chance to make new friends, catch up with old ones, join a group, start a group and generally get involved. In the spirit of getting to know the Club better, we’re going to have a series of “infomercials” on everything from FAWCO to the book group, from the wine appreciation group to IMA to the Fireside Forum. Plus have a discussion on  what you, the members, would  like for the coming year.

The September meeting will be a chance to meet up with old friends, so bring your tales of the summer; a chance to sign up to join a group, so bring your enthusiasm; a chance to check out a book from the library, so bring (or collect) your library card! There will also be a raffle, so bring your money.

Delicious fried rice will be served by our caterer Betsy.
